- Madeline F.
Matt is a recognized executive, coach, leadership consultant speaker and author. A well regarded and experienced C-Suite executive leader in government (SES) and corporate America, he has created, led and transformed teams in national and transnational organizations. Passionately moving individuals, teams and organizations from where they are to where they are going, he has mentored and coached 100’s and considers it an honor to have moved so many from where they were to where they are.

He also learned while working in public, private and corporate environments that sometimes, despite our best efforts, our best doesn’t seem to be good enough and the environmental weight of politics, relationships and conditions beyond our control leave us feeling empty, vulnerable and without hope.
An effective transformative leader and communicator, he has overcome obstacles, embraced adversity as opportunity and coached others through life, career and crisis. He has gained invaluable experience and understanding of the human condition and potential while working in every state in the United States and many foreign countries and living throughout the United States.

An award-winning author, Horace has written two books and has also served as a paid on-air contributor to national news having been featured on CNN, FOX, NBC, CBS and ABC and the BBC and written for The Wall Street Journal Crisis of the Week Column.

A standout student athlete at Delaware State University, one of the nation’s historically black colleges and universities, he was afforded a tryout with the New York Giants. Horace earned a BA in English from Delaware State University, and an MA in Human Resources Leadership and Training from Seton Hall University.
